Felicity Otterson BA(Hons) MIDM

Felicity combines consumer and business-to-business marketing expertise gained at Boots, Woolworths and US multinational Corning, together with agency-side experience in all aspects of marketing services, including strategy and planning, PR, advertising, market research, event management and promotions.

Felicity’s recent campaigns include Learning & Skills Council Surrey, Surrey Care Association, Surrey County Council, NESCOT and Surrey Skills Festival. She is a member of the Institute of Direct Marketing and is an active member of several business support groups.

Andy Smith FRAS FRGS FCIJ MCIPR

Andy has more than 20 years’ experience as a professional communicator, both as a journalist and as a public relations consultant specialising in media, corporate, business-to-business and Government relations. He has run successful consultancy projects for a wide range of organisations including the South East England Development Agency, Surrey Economic Partnership, Peabody Trust, Medway Council, Young Engineers and RADA.

Andy is a Fellow (and Past President) of the Chartered Institute of Journalists, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. He is a Freeman of the City of London, holds Fellowships of the Royal Asiatic Society and the Royal Geographical Society, and writes for the journals of a variety of professional, literary and academic bodies.

Peter Gordon BA(Hons) DipM ACIM

Peter has extensive experience in strategy, marketing and change management. He has worked in management and director roles in Unilever, Dalgety, Allied Lyons, BACS and KPMG.

Peter has consulted widely in the public sector - MOD, Employment Services, Foreign Office, DVO & DVLA - and private sector - AstraZeneca, NatWest, British Sugar, BP Amoco. Client projects have included corporate strategy, business transformation, marketing, change management and productivity improvement. Peter has been a tutor for a leadership development organisation for over 20 years and is passionate regarding the need to address the ‘human issues’ if organisations are to reach their full potential.

Jon Lea BA(Hons) - Creative Director
Jon has worked at the BBC as a radio and TV scriptwriter and has recent experience of working with national and local Surrey media on consumer communications projects. Jon gained his copywriting credentials at a number of leading London and regional agencies working on consumer, financial services, house-building, travel and leisure accounts.
